For a cheap little dvd player, this one works just fine. Has all the normal features. It's not region locked and will play both NTSC and PAL discs. At this price, if it lasts me for a year or more, it's worth it. Works great in my bedroom on an older tube TV.

This unit, the IView DV103, performms well. The video is clear, sharp and with excellent color. Impressive.
My one compaint has regard to the remote. It functions poorly. It requires many button clicks both to turn the unit on and to turn it off. Features like Fast Forward, Reverse and Stop also require numerous clicks before they work.
I do not know whether the problem is with the paticular remote I received with the unit, or whether all of them similarly fail.
I would prefer to return the unit and exchange it for another brand.
